Sicotte Guilbault is currently seeking a motivated Technical (IT) Support Specialist to join its team. This position would suit a highly motivated bilingual individual who wants to work in a law firm office setting.
Work may include installing, configuring, and updating hardware and software, as well as fixing any issue related to the equipment that may come up daily.
Communicate with clients (internal and external) to diagnose technical issues – in-person and virtually
Provide step-by-step instructions to fix technological issues
Provide backup solutions whenever necessary
Provide training sessions for new hardware or software products
Access instruction manuals to help users utilize their software or hardware properly
Keep detailed logs of client problems, solutions, and customer satisfaction
Provide instructions in simple terms
Work together with other members of the team to find solutions to more complex issues.
Bilingualism is essential for this position
High school diploma required
Post-secondary education in a related field would be considered an asset
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Being able to work both independently and as a part of a team
