Danick Faubert

Danick is a lawyer at Sicotte Guilbault, practising primarily in the areas of Business Law and Wills & Estates.

Danick holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa, Faculty of Law (French Common Law Section), as well as a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science with a Minor in Psychology from the University of Ottawa. Born and raised in Orleans, he is fully bilingual in English and French.

Danick completed his articling term with Sicotte Guilbault and joined the firm’s Business Law and Wills & Estates team. Having spent more than two years with the firm as a law student and articling student, he developed a strong understanding of clients’ needs and a practical approach focused on providing clear, accessible, and tailored legal advice.

Before beginning his legal career, Danick managed a plumbing company, where he oversaw the administrative and financial aspects of the business. This hands-on experience gave him valuable insight into the realities and challenges faced by business owners, a perspective he now brings to his business law practice.

Outside of the office, Danick enjoys spending time outdoors. He is an avid fisherman and hunter and enjoys spending time at the cottage and travelling, as well as anything involving motorsports and recreational vehicles.
