Martin Aquilina

Martin Aquilina has been a member of the Québec Bar since 1993 and of the Ontario Bar since 1999.

He has held many roles in his career including heading the in-house legal department of a national financial services company, working as an M&A and securities partner of a major national firm, working abroad as a legal adviser for a multi-billion euro NGO and, more recently, successfully running his own law firm.

He joined Sicotte Guilbault in June 2024, and brings expertise in many industries including financial services, education, e-commerce, food import/export, manufacturing and visual arts, to name but a few, as well as vast knowledge of several areas of the law.

Martin currently focuses the majority of his practice in the areas of Business and International Law.
