Sylvie Patenaude

Sylvie joined Sicotte Guilbault LLP as a partner, on January 26th, 2009 and practices mainly Business Law, in both official languages. She is also responsible for the Franchise and Distribution Law section of the firm as well as the Commercial Financing section.

She has acted on a great deal of transactions from small and simple to complex and over $100 million with the same dedication, trusted advice and passion no matter the size of the transaction.

Since being called to the Bar in 1993, she proudly continues to act as a tutor for Bar Admission Course students in areas of Real Estate and Commercial Law. She also gives back to her community by volunteering with the Sicotte Guilbault Community Legal Aid Clinic and as a Director on the Board of Montfort Renaissance Inc.
