We seek a BILINGUAL legal administrator/law clerk to join our very dynamic Business Law Group.

 

This is a great opportunity for a candidate looking for a change of career.    The candidate must have worked at least TWO (2) years in business law within a private practice. A Legal Assistant diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.

 

Knowledge and Skills Requirements

 

You will be interested in this opportunity if you:

  • can build effective working relationships with clients and lawyers on multiple files and matters;
  • can communicate proficiently in English and in French, verbal and written;
  • have a solid grasp of current legal administration and concepts in Business Law;
  • have an attention for detail and strong organizational skills/abilities to prioritize;
  • are highly professional and discreet;
  • have good knowledge of office software (MS, Excel, PPT, etc.) and an understanding of corporate law applications (Fast Company, CLIO, etc.);
  • are looking for an exciting working environment and want to work directly with small, medium and large business and professional clients across various industries; and
  • adapt easily to change and enjoy taking on a challenge.
