Receptionist/Administrative Assistant - #1006

We are looking for a full-time bilingual (French/English) Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to support our team and to serve as the first and main point of contact for our clients. 

Duties and Responsibilities

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, client experience driven, fast-paced team player who is able to perform these duties:

  • Greeting clients and visitors in a professional manner
  • Answering and forwarding calls and emails
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail, faxes and deliveries
  • Managing lobby and meeting rooms
  • Performing various administrative and general office duties

Skills and Qualifications

  • Customer service– ability to make clients and visitors feel welcome when they visit our office; must be attentive and proactive in meeting the needs of guests and team members; professional attire and attitude are required. Fluency in both French and English is a must – only bilingual candidates will be considered.
  • Organizational skills– ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Interpersonal skills– excellent communication skills; able to easily interact with clients and visitors in a friendly, professional, accommodating, and positive manner.
  • Technology skills– capacity to work with various phone and computer systems.

Education and Training

  • High school diploma is required.
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field is considered an asset.

Hours of work

  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Salary scale

  • $21-$27/hour
