Émilie joined Sicotte Guilbault in 2016 after completing her articles with the firm. She completed her legal studies at the University of Ottawa and graduated from the French Common Law Program. Prior to her legal studies, she received a degree in International Development and Globalization from the University of Ottawa.

Born and raised in Orleans, Émilie is fluently bilingual and thus practices in both official languages. Émilie has appeared in front of diverse tribunals and courts, such as the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Superior Court of Justice of Ontario, the Divisional court, the Small Claims Court, the Ontario Labour Relations Board and the Provincial Offenses Court.

Émilie is focusing her career on helping employees and employers alike navigate the ever-changing employment law landscape. She is the Practice Leader of the Employment Team, a member of the Litigation Team as well as the Business Law Group at Sicotte Guilbault. She is currently a member of the Association des juristes d'expression française de l'Ontario (AJEFO), the County of Carleton Law Association, as well as the Ontario and Canadian Bar Associations.
