Jessica Byles-Nolet

Jessica is a lawyer practicing in the Litigation, Employment Law, and Business Law Groups. She has appeared before a wide range of decision-makers, including diverse tribunals, multiple levels of court, the Landlord and Tenant Board, the Licence Appeal Tribunal, and the Provincial Offences Court. Jessica has extensive experience participating in mediations and is dedicated to helping clients achieve practical and successful outcomes.

Jessica is a proud member of the third graduating class of the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law at Lakehead University. A strong believer in the Integrated Practice Curriculum and is passionate about supporting  the next generation of lawyers.

In addition to her legal practice, Jessica is an active member of the Ontario Bar Association and currently serves as Chair of the Young Lawyers Division – East, reflecting her commitment to leadership, mentorship, and service within the legal profession.

Outside of the office, Jessica is a devoted mother to a toddler and two senior dogs. She enjoys camping, reading, travelling, playing Minute to Win It–style games, and unwinding with reality television.
