Sophie Parisien

Sophie joined Sicotte Guilbault in 2020, bringing more than 20 years of leadership and management experience across the healthcare and professional services sectors. She has extensive experience leading multidisciplinary teams within complex organizations, with expertise in strategic leadership, operations, organizational culture, and change management.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN), a Master of Health Studies (MHS), and an Executive Certificate in Change Management. Known for her collaborative and people-focused leadership style, Sophie works closely with partners, staff, leadership teams, and external stakeholders to advance strategic priorities, support organizational growth, and lead operational improvement initiatives.

Her expertise includes strategic planning, project implementation, process improvement, mediation, and conflict resolution, with a strong focus on building high-performing teams and positive workplace cultures.

In addition to her professional leadership roles, Sophie has served on several non-profit boards supporting community-based services, including complementary health services and early childhood programs. She also volunteers in hospice care, reflecting her commitment to compassionate, community-focused service.
