Law Clerk — Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team - #1001

Sicotte Guilbault Legal Services is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Law Clerk to join its Litigation and Dispute Resolution team.

Location: Orleans location - 5925 Jeanne D'Arc Blvd.

Hours: Monday-Friday, full time (35 hours/week - exact hours negotiable)

This position would suit a highly motivated individual who wants to work exclusively in a civil litigation practice.

Responsibilities:

  • To work within a team on litigation matters
  • Respond to client needs
  • Work with software such as Outlook, Word, Korbitek, and more

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in related field
  • Bilingualism (French & English) is essential for this position
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Be able to work both independently and as a part of a team
  • Effectively handle a busy workload while multi-tasking

Salary range: $55,000 - $75,000 (based on experience).
